Having listened to you interview David Nicholls at the Cambridge Literary Festival at the weekend I have only just discovered your excellent podcast and I'm binge listening from the beginning on my daily dog walks so it might be a while until I'm up to date. But loving it, thank you.
And I have put in a request for your book for Christmas. Fingers crossed
I have so enjoyed the new season of In Writing. My favourite episode, by far, was when Sathnam interviewed you. I laughed the whole way through - from Sathnam's incredulity at the (large plate sized) tv, to your fantastic achievement of a published book being reduced to a mere procrastination tactic. It was great craic. I haven't bought the book yet but I will, of course. Congratulations!

Thank you so much Gina. I hope you enjoy both the podcast and the book!
To have FUN^^
Isn’t it fascinating how the process at times, feels like both the question and answer...?
Absolutely!
This is so true: “the satisfaction of the writing process itself is the bit you have to hang onto”
